Happy Sunday to you. Today am still in a Halloween Mood and every Halloween I do an art page in my journal. Its amazing how different they are over the years.
Stamps by Scrollswork Stamps, Monique and Bats. Also used various Acrylic Paints, Modge Podge and Glitter.
Am also entering this into the Unruly Paper Arts challenge this month who are asking for a Painted Project.
I really loved creating this page as one of my DT pieces for Happy Daze and hope you like it. Enjoy your day and take care, Hugs Annette xx

' Under the Sea ' for Unruly Paper Arts
Hi, the background for this tag is partly made from Cornflour and Water, the recipe is over at Unruly Paper Arts. Tap the title and it will take you there if you would like the recipe for this style of background.
This is my last project as Guest Contributor. If you would like to be a part of this fab magazine take yourself over there and have a read.
Apologies for the short post but am off to watch the final of Jesus Christ Superstar and have no idea who will win the title role now that Nathan has gone.............oooh I loved him........
Hope you have fun with all your creations. Hugs Annette x

Painting with Flowers and Blueberries and a WIP
Hi, I totally forgot to post this on my blog, it was created for Unruly Paper Arts a few weeks ago.
Ingredients: A flower, Distress Inks, Blueberries and Gesso, plus a couple of stamps from Lost Coast Design and Kelly Panacci.
For the Lady stamp I crushed up some Blueberries with a little Gesso, then painted her hat and dress with it. Rather pleased with the texture it produced. Sharon asked how I came up with this idea and to tell you the truth haven't a clue. All I know is, Art is a great adventure and if you don't try you will never know.
For Paint Party Friday am showing a Work in Progress. 'The Encampment' is in its very basic first stage and have loads and loads yet to do on it. Acrylics and humid weather are not a great mix so this could take some time...............lol
Thank you for popping in and giving me your support. Wishing you a lovely weekend whatever you are doing. Take care, hugs Annette xx

Using a Flower, dab it into the distress inks and dab at random on your cardstock |
As you can see many different colour distress inks were used |

A Garden of Colours for the Unrulys
Hi, my Garden of Colours is for the Unruly Paper Arts Challenge of Inky Backgrounds............
The background was achieved by blowing the Alcohol Inks through a straw which is huge fun to do as you never know how its going to turn out.
The card was then run through my old trusted Cuttlebug with the Tim Holtz large Cabinet die cut then edged with Black Paint Dabber.
Other products used: Stamp by Kelly Panacci, Butterfly Girl in a Jar by Pringle Hill Studio, Viva Transparent Crackling. Plastic netting from a bag of tangerines, lace and flower from stash.
Yesterday we went to Sywell Airport, where the hotel etc is totally Art Nouveau, utter bliss. Afterwards I went into the Arts and Crafts Exhibition (left hubby in the hotel) held in one of their very large hangars, lots of demonstrations and beautiful things to buy. What suprised me, there wasn't a stamping company in there. Did I buy anything...................of course I did.............lol
Thank you for popping in, will see you all soon. Take care, hugs Annette x
