I made the tag using a piece of my wallpaper paste paint card. Added my favourite image from Elizabeth O Dulemba, I just adore this girl, what a face.........lol Stamped onto the paste card and added Gold Stickles, plus 3d glossed the green of her eyes, although I don't think you can see this in the photo, but believe me her eyes look watery.
