TIM HOLTZ EMBOSSING FOLDER

Hi,

Must tell you my new moulds arrived today and already used them, now patiently waiting for them to dry out................well not very patiently.............lol its so exciting...........

This time have made a card using one of my new T Holtz folders, have stained it brown, swiped black stazon over it then 3D glossed. The image is a free download, but just cannot remember where I got it from (does anyone know, then I can thank them) dry embossed the hair plait and rim, although it doesn't show up all that well in the photo, inked with distress inks and mounted on black torn card. Greeting is on a screwed up piece of paper which has been inked and stamped, flower is punched and lace and wool fibres added plus a brass brad all raised with sticky foam strips.

Hope you like it and are having a good day. Thank you for popping by and all comments are very welcome, Annette x

Fantastic creation Netty. Love the vintage look, the colours and the 'tatty' flowers! What did you use to stain the card? Hope your cold's better!

Gorgeous, love all the different elements, the texture, colours and everything. The way you have added the text on the crumpled paper is brilliant!

Pretty darned inspirational work Annette. You are so clever at putting things together like this. So vintage and shabby - just love it, particularly the flower.
Hope your moulds turn out well - looking forward to seeing them.

You are a true artist! Everything you touch becomes a fabulously textured masterpiece.
Oh, I think this image is a scan of one of the sketches of Leonardo da Vinci, possibly for The Virgin And Child With St Anne.

Not sure though!

I'm the same, Netty, always try to give credit when it's due. Even if I've bought the image or sentiment or whatnot. lol
Sorry I was pointlessly rambling bout the unclear origins of the image, no that I'm looking at it again it doesn't look that much da Vinci any more anyway...aaarrgghhh.
Forgive me. The babies ate my brain.
