ALTERED BOOK

Hi,

Before you all think I have gone mad making this altered book (bought from the Works), its to contain all the various techniques I have learned since blogging and am sure I will learn a lot more thanks to various blogs who keep me on my toes. The front cover represents my Brain (OK you can laugh) which shoots off in all directions, tried to find a compass to stabilise me but no luck.... the keyhole is to unlock my thoughts and Dream of what I could achieve........... now if you follow all that and not gone to sleep reading this I will tell you what I used...........

The Head (brain) is from The Graphics Fairy (thank you) which I double clear embossed and sprayed with Shimmer Mists.
Various Acrylic paints, brass Brads, black Raffia, handmade black gold thread paper and gold embossing powder. Stamps were from BL Designs and Funstamps plus a Stencil (leaves).

The bottom part where the words are, were stamped on Vilene Interface, alcohol inked and covered with acetate, glued on with 3d clear gloss.

Challenges entered are Gingersnaps Transparencies and
Drunken Stampers - Water (as my Brain has water on it)

Well thats it, have finished now you will be pleased to know..........lol Thank you for popping in and loads of thanks for all the comments you leave me... Annette x
