Hi
Here I am again having a go at Linda's Compendium of Curiosities, this time its Week 4. This weeks challenge was to hopefully achieve a shabby chic look...!
I made 3 pieces as was having such a ball trying out yet again a new technique. This time I have a craft mat to use...whoopeeeeeeeeeeeee, no more placky bags for me........lol
I made a Tag, a front cover for a Book and a Pendant Necklace which was made out of a game piece and then added the shabby chic wings.
Stamps used were: Kelly Panacci, Catslife, Crafty Individuals and Basic Grey
Colours used: Aqua, Mountain Rose, Pitch Black and Silver
There are some wonderful examples of this look over at Lindas Studio L3 and was a bit scared of putting mine on, but enthusiasm got the better of me, so said to myself 'Go For It' .....
Thank you for popping in and for all your terrific support and comments.
Enjoy the day, Annette x

I absolutely love this technique, had tried it before I got the book thanks to Tim's christmas Tag technique thingys, and really enjoyed doing it again. Yours are gorgeous - especially as everyone rightly keeps saying the pendant.. did you find out what that 'tool' was you picked up from the steam museum by the way ?
