COMPENDIUM OF CURIOSITIES - CHIPPED ENAMEL

Whoopee its the very talented Linda, Studio L3 Compendium of Curiosities challenge again, this time Page 44 - Chipped Enamel.

I searched and searched for something big to enamel, but couldn't find anything near large enough, so had to make do with these two small brads which are some sort of flying things, have no idea what they are....... so if you squint real hard you will see the chipped enamel, or click on the picture and enlarge it..............

I drew and cut out a heart and painted it in Acrylic. White embossing powder, Stamped Acetate Butterfly and 3d gloss stamped flower. The distress powder was Broken China. Various stamps were used.

I shouldn't say this BUT I quite like this Heart and I think it would make a great bookmark. If you get the chance, pop over to to Studio L3 and see all the wonderful entries.
I am also entering this into Simon Says Stamp http://simonsaysstampandshow.blogspot.com/
Show Your Layers
Hope you like it as well. Thank you for popping in and all the support you give me which spurs me on to try and do better. Enjoy your evening, Annette x

Really wonderful! The flying things enameled beautifully! I had a hard time finding metal, as well. I did find a bunch o keys, though, and those worked well.

Oh, Netty, this is fabulous! Your little flying things look awesome with their chipped enamel texture, and you did a magnificent job with the heart tag (be VERY proud!!!). The blue and white are so classically elegant, and the stamps you used are gorgeous. You always do such a great job with your designs, and I look forward to seeing your art every week!
