SPRING HAS SPRUNG!

Hi, Sorry not been around much but have been waiting on my husband hand and foot since the weekend, because he has put his back out and can hardly walk. Well its only fair as he looked after me while I was recovering from the 'op. But its hard work looking after a man which am sure you will all appreciate........lol

Today I would like to show you a page from my Art Journal which started out as a doodle and sort of went on from there. Plus I had another go at a Portrait in pencil and last of all is my latest Art Class homework a Pear thingy.........this I had to copy from a picture, unfortunately where they had a highlight, mine looks as if someone has taken a bite out of it...........lol Oh well at least I tried......... these can be enlarged by double clicking on the individual pictures.

Will be back later after I have done my innumerable chores that goes with this nursing bit. Have a great day whatever you are doing and hope you are enjoying the sunshine, Nurse Netty x

Everything looks gorgeous to me Netty and sorry you're having to be Nurse Netty to your hubby - aren't men just the worst patients lol

It will be my turn tomorrow as my hubby (who lost a tooth a few weeks ago) is having part of his implant treatment having decided he didn't want a crown and I have to be chauffeur for the afternoon.

Hope you have a good day despite hubby!

Hi there Annette, love all your work:0) What a shame the highlight didn't work so well on the pear because the rest of the painting is stunning, a soft and beautiful watercolour.
Men can be a pain when they're not well but hey! ho! we love 'em:0) xxx
