Show us the Colour of Your Money - The Shoe Queen !

Hi, Gingersnaps Challenge - Colour of Money was a challenge I definitely wanted to do, but with a little twist....

I used a Bank Note Serviette as the main image and pasted it onto scrap white card and mounted it on recycled packaging (Quaker Oats)  after I had distressed it with distress inks. Stamped a Queen's head by B Line Designs and added some rub-ons. First time I've used rub-ons and these were very old ones and took one heck of a lot rubbing..........then faux stitching around the outside and cream raffia .  I am quite pleased with the results as its a bit different and was fun to make.

I would also  like to enter this tag/bookmark into Simon Says Stamp and Show Challenge which is Show a  Word !
Am off to lunch with one of my daughter's today which will be great as we love a good natter.  Take care and thank you for popping in. Hugs Annette x

Look at you girl, love this. I remember when someone sent mother a photo of Queen Elizabeth when she first was Queen. Wish I had it now, don't know what happened to it. sometimes I forget about my English ties. I don't talk like it do it ? :) Hugs
