Paint Party Friday - Very Nearly Finished......!!!!!

Hi, Its Paint Party Friday time again hosted by Kristin and Eva.  My painting is very nearly finished, just have some more layers of oil pastels to do and gold paint will be added to the chair, the rest is in the detail.

' All are but parts of one stupendous whole,
Whose body nature is , and God the soul '  by Alexander Pope.

( The Banners were made from some left over Paint Squishings.  If you tap the picture with your cursor it should enlarge it and be able to see it clearer )

Am typing this in the very early hours of Friday morning as fell asleep on the sofa and have only just woken up.  Will link this up with the fab artists over at the Party later as had better get into my bed and try and get some more sleep..........yawn yawn.

Thank you for supporting me through my adventures into Art and will be back later on today to support you and all your terrific creations.  Take care of yourselves and have a great weekend.  Hugs Annette x

PS.....if its possible can you turn your word verification off as the style they are using now is nearly impossible to read.  It has taken me at least 3 attempts to understand them, on others have just had to give up.  So am sorry if you haven't had a comment from me.

Oh Netty, I'm so glad you asked for the word verification to be turned off as I was thinking exactly the same thing this morning -I'm not a robot but I'm not able to decipher that impossible script either! I think I turned mine off a while ago but I best go check before I give off about other blogs and discover mine is the same!

I love this piece - it is so totally surreal!

So glad you visited earlier today because it gave me a chance to visit back. I'm very impressed with your painting. It is so well done and quite colorful.

I like your idea about word verification. I turned mine off in 2008 and have never had a problem. Not once, not ever! Not even a spam post. Thanks for doing your part to get this horrible robot reminder off our blogs and out of sight!

I am loving your new art work! One could just gaze at and see different things. I agree with you on the word verifications. It's ridiculous how they changed it. Happy PPF! :-) xo

So glad I clicked on it - the colors & details are amazing!!!!! Can't imagine what more you have to add, but I am sure it will be even more amazing!

Love your painting Annette. And I am so glad to hear someone else say something about "word verification" I am having the same problem! I have gone so far as to post a no captcha note in my side bar. It only takes a moment for someone to do their own verification and allow comments to be published or deleted.
