Hi, after all the stresses I could not make it last week for Paint Party Friday so am showing two paintings from my art journal today.
This page totally reflects the way I was feeling using Black Gesso and Acrylics.
and this page was made for fun in Acrylics.
Thank you for all your terrific support. Am going today to visit my mother who is recovering well from her operation, so will be back later in the day to visit all your wonderful creations.

The first painting is quite "dark" feeling but I really like it & what a great pic of the Queen & co!!

LOVE these, the first one made me think of Edvard Munch and it really like the faces in the second!

Both great paintings Netty, my Father-in-law had a stroke a couple of weeks ago so I could quite easily have created the top one myself too ! He's doing well and I am so glad to hear that your hubby and Mother are both recovering well, sending thoughts and prayers...make sure you take care of you too !! Esther x
