Some Bits and Bobs

Hi, am not a great card maker but every now and again I need to make a card for family and friends, this is my latest one.

The photo has sort of bleached out the colour on the lower mid  left side, now why does that happen?

Been busy trying to get ahead for Christmas and thought you might like to see the following really quick and easy makes.

The felted envelopes came from Wilkinsons, unfortunately they only had one colour, and cost £1 each.  All I did was stamp on wooden tags and popped a piece of card inside so the little grandkiddies could write their lists and attach it to the Christmas tree.  Will glitter the tags up a bit later. Easy Peasy, me likey..........lol

Also have made a load of gift cards to go onto the presents, again nice and simple this is just a sample.

Am going to the NEC in Birmingham for the first time on Thursday, bought my train ticket and ready to go.  To be honest am mainly going to meet an old crafty friend of mine, we have known each other for 4 years but have never met except on Skype.  She lives in Wales so couldn't miss this opportunity.

Thank you for popping in, take care of yourselves, hugs Annette x

I would like to purchase a paper pad which is full of muted soft colours without any strong design, so far haven't found any.  If you know of any I would appreciate it if you would let me know in the comments then I can buy it, thanks very much.

Gorgeous card Netty, such a lovely image and beautiful embellishing and shape.
Love the envelope idea and the gift cards too.
On the paper side if you have a branch of The Range nearby, they stock quite a few paper packs and I did get a soft colour one there a while back but don't know the make. Worth a look though.
Hugs, Fliss xx
