Tea Anyone ?

Hi, hope you had a great weekend, although it was very cold here, my poor old body does not take to this weather kindly.............aaaaaaah

Craft Room Challenge at the moment is Afternoon Tea and I thoroughly enjoyed creating this ATC

Using a mish mash of old stamps to create this sweetie pie.  Coloured with Whisper Pens, Paper Pieced and a little sparkle.

'' Little Betsy thought it was fancy dress for the Tea Party and she was very proud of her costume .........whoops she got it wrong again.... ''

Hope you have a smashing week and thank you for popping in.  Hugs Annette x

Masquerade - ATC's

Hi guys,  the Craft Room challenge is asking for ATC's.  Haven't made ATC's for yonks and yonks.
The challenge certainly kick started my mojo and would like to share with you my entry - going with the theme Masquerade.

My youngest daughter says they are scarey,  suppose they are in a way, but also rather mysterious.  After deciding to go with this theme have now got the song Masquerade from Phantom  going through my head and its not even my favourite from the show, but the orchestration is brilliant.......

Thank you for popping in today and hope you have a great week, Annette x

Gossipy George

Hi, after seeing on Facebook that the Unruly Paper Art Group are having a challenge this month and asking for Facebookers to show us an ATC used in Altered Art, thought I would have a go......

Let me introduce you to George the very gossipy cat and his poor Mistress, Hilda.  He is always telling her the latest gossip about the Soaps on TV and any other titbit of news.  George told her what was going to happen in Coronation Street this week and Hilda was not best pleased as she doesn't like to hear the storylines in advance, just look at the expression on her face............lol

The ATC is mounted on a used shaped Canvas Sheet which had been Gessoed, painted in Acrylic and edged with Pewter Liquid Leaf.
The ATC was stamped with the Rogue Redhead - Just Sayin' plate and coloured with watercolours.

Didn't think it was altered enough so then this happened.........

Yep now its been digitally altered into a box...............

The weather here is so very cold at the moment brrr.   Thank you for visiting me and will see you soon. Got to brave the weather today and go  food shopping, will be glad to get back home.  Take care of yourselves, hugs Annette xx
