CINDERELLA AT 5MINS PAST TWELVE!!!

Hi, this huge tag was the greatest fun to make for Simon Says Stamp - Show us some Stars and Drunken Stampers - Fairytale Twist, both brilliant blogs.

The background has been done using the Wallpaper Paste Technique, the Stamps are by BLine Designs plus loads and loads of Stickles............... the arms are moveable and it was great fun deciding on her pose.......... So this is Cinderella at 5 past 12 hitching a lift home from the ball.....

Hope you have a lovely Sunday, Martin (my husband) is at this moment making his first Soda Bread and then we are off to Billing Village to the Garden Centre, so a fun packed day........lol

Will be back later to see all your terrific creations, take care, Annette x

NO WORDS NECESSARY !

Hi, have had a great weekend watercolouring; mainly catching up with my homework. If you want a good laugh at my efforts I will post them for you to see......

Anyway I had to make a Valentines card for hubby, luckily we both have the same sense of humour...... No Words Necessary is the challenge at the fab blog Drunken Stampers and Stampotique's challenge is a Valentine card, another great blog.

Products used: Tim Holtz embossing folder, Distress Inks, Paint Dabbers, Whisper pens. Stamps are Stampotique and Magnolia..........(poor Tilda.......lol)

Gingersnaps are seeking 2 more Designers for the Design Team; a very friendly and talented bunch of crafters (and I'm one of them........lol), see my sidebar for the link.

Oh well, hubby will be home soon so had better get the roast on after I have cleared up all my mess..........and there is a lot of it.............Catch up with you all later and have a lovely Sunday, take care, Annette x

COMPENDIUM OF CURIOSITIES WEEK 9

Hi,
Another exciting start to the week for me with Linda's Compendium of Curiosities, just my most favourite of challenges. Am just like a child on Monday.....ooh what adventure are we going to have today ........ and this week its Distress Crackle Technique, Page 42 of the C of C. Linda always shows a terrific example over at StudioL3 to wet your appetite and its always yummy.

For my tag I used Tim Holtz Distress Crackle Clear Rock Candy, Distress Inks and a Mask. Stamp was by B Line Designs. One of cracklings didn't work out all that well and that was on the black flourish, not sure why. So please any of you experts out there I would be grateful for advice on this.

Being a bit naff, as I tend to be.... It was supposed to be a Mask within a Mask.......but somehow that has not really come off. Another bright idea out the window........lol
Ooh just realised I can enter this also in the Drunken Stampers Challenge... brilliant

Thank you for popping by and all advice re above and comments are gratefully received. Am off to my Art Class shortly to see what a disaster I can create there as well....... Enjoy your day, Annette x

' BE INSPIRED '

Hi

Made this tag to go with the CD Birthday Card for husbands birthday, as you probably can guess he plays the piano..................

The Hand was a free download from Mirkwood Designs (thank you); Stamps by TJ Designs and Tim Holtz mask and distress inks, the backing paper was from old stash.

Challenges entered: Sunday Stampers and Drunken Stampers

It amused me no end to create this and I hope it amuses you as well.

Thank you for popping in and all your wonderful support. Off now to make my poor husband something sloppy........ Mince........ as he has just had a horrible down the throat x ray today so he should be able to swallow this without hurting his throat..............aaaaaaaaaahhhhhh. Annette x
